Create a one-of-a-kind Advent calendar made entirely of Christmas-themed mini pocket letters!

This is part of an 8-swap series, where each swap consists of one mini pocket letter (3 ATCs). If you join all 8, you’ll end up with 24 beautifully crafted pockets—one to open each day leading up to Christmas!

How it works: • For each swap, create 1 mini pocket letter in a Christmas theme (3 ATCs total).

• Each pocket letter must be different, in case you're partnered with the same person more than once.

• Decorate the front of each ATC as you normally would.

• Then cut a plain paper cover (same size as the ATC) to go in front of each one. These will act as a "door" for the advent calendar. You may use wrapping paper, or decorate your door in some manner if you like, but this is not required.

• Number these covers sequentially: Swap 1: Numbers 1, 2, 3. Swap 2: Numbers 4, 5, 6. And so on, up to 24.

• Fill the backs generously with little goodies—stickers, washi samples, die cuts, tea, ephemera, etc.

Be creative, festive, and fun! When all 8 swaps are complete, your partner will have a unique advent calendar. Each day, they’ll lift a numbered cover to reveal a piece of original Christmas art!

Adding a few details I forgot to mention…

You can use a 9 pocket sleeve protector and just cut it down to three pockets.

When you fill the pockets, it is up to you what goes into them. Some ideas might be: 1 teabag, 3 journalling cards, 6 stickers, 2 tags, 3 washi samples, 4 fun paperclips, and so on. There is no actual limit to what you can add into the pockets, but please give what you would like to receive, don’t just add in one single sticker and call it done. You can also add in bits that you have made, such as paper stacks, embellishments and so on.

The goodies do not need to be Christmas themed.
